PYRAMIDS POWDER COATING PLANT (PPC)

Powder Coating Booth is a new technology in the field of coating. With auto-electrostatic devices, the powder integrity uniformed coated on every surfaces of workpiece. High qualified finish with properties of anticorrosion to chemicals, moisture, and various climate conditions plays an extremely important role in our daily life. Compared with traditional coating plant, toxin composite volatilizes when heating up workpieces with the mixture of solvent and the paint. Powder coating provides better solutions of environmental friendly, energy-saving, waste deduction and better productivity with lower cost.
 

Pyramids Technology Corp. was established in 1995, as a contract manufacturing in plastics design, prototyping, molding and assembly for worldwide clients. Starting with a small group of CAD/CAM members, now we transformed into more than 200 staffs with 60 out of which are engineers with capabilities to eliminate issues before any business deal. Progressively, we spread our offices from Taipei headquarter, China office, U.S. representative and now for our forth professional plant --- PYRAMIDS POWDER COATING PLANT (PPC).

With more than 2600 square meters of plant, PPC was established in 2014 in New Taipei City equipped with semi-automatic professional powder coating facilities such as CRS, ZYL of powder coating booths, Gas Convective IR heating system, green recycling system, and multiple accurate gauge instruments. To provide efficient integrity services with high standard criterion for diversified demands is our ultimate goal.
