Compared with the 60~65% of solid content, powder coating uses 100% solid content of powder coating material with zero solvent additive to provide more space for storage. With auto-electrostatic devices, no more human requirement included. As the manual parts for some special demands, with only tiny training can the powder coating staff provides well performance.
