PYRAMIDS equips with both cyclonic and filtration powder recycling facility, provides rapid changeable color for medium, small production and filtrate powder recycling for mass production. Compared with liquid painting with multiple times of spraying and curing, powder coating with zero volatile organic compounds and air pollution can easily reach qualified finished parts with only a single time of spraying and curing. Moreover, unlike traditional painting films with air issues of CO, CO2, and NOx, PYRAMIDS uses Infrared Heating System by electricity and natural gas, severely monitors all waste air before releasing.
