Three versions of pretreatment can be shown on market -- spray, swimming, and dipping pretreatment. PYRAMIDS POWDER COATING uses dipping pretreatment for flexible quantity of production, with semi-automatic gantry crane combines all 11 procedures such as scald, pre-degreasing, degreasing, acid washing, surface treatment, chemical film, washing, pure water washing, and drying. Degreasing and washing trough is equipped with ultrasonic facility, which can integrity apply to all kinds of geometry intricate workpieces. Achieving best finish performance by integrate cleaning is our ultimate goal.
